Our trained chef prepares a traditional full English breakfast but also offers continental alternatives.

Evening meals are available, varying from traditional roast dinners with all the trimmings to a taste of the Mediterranean or eastern cuisine. Your Brydene experience wouldn't be complete without sampling the chef's Yorkshire pudding.

Sandwiches and packed lunches are available for students, walkers and contractors.
